Kristy and Mike were looking for a gym they could both enjoy and stay committed to, leading them to join The Max. With flexible class times and customizable workouts, they’ve been loyal members for over three years. Working out together has become their lifestyle, helping them prioritize health despite busy schedules.
For Mike, turning 40 meant reaching his best shape ever, and he encourages everyone to take that daily time for themselves, saying, “You have nothing to lose—try it!”
Barbara, a breast cancer survivor, found that regular exercise and good nutrition are key to preventing recurrence, which led her to join The Max. Since joining, she’s felt stronger, more confident, and surrounded by support from trainers and fellow members.
